With a choice of an 8.4in 640x480 pixel VGA or a 12.1in 1024x768 pixel XGA display, these units combine

video-quality resolution and luminous colour with the latest in sensor and data options. Worldwide satellite

imagery enhances the standard vector basemap format, and add the optional BlueChart g2 Vision card, for high-

resolution aerial reference photos which help in navigating tricky harbours and channels or locating places such

as marinas, fuel barges or restaurants. The g2 Vision plugin data card also allows the units to graphically depict

a true 3D “mariner’s eye” topside view or “fish eye” underwater navigation perspective.

Garmin GMR Digital Radar Antennas

Garmin’s digital radar antennas are suitable for all

Garmin combi displays. Processing takes place in

the antenna itself, allowing any combi display on

the network to control the radar. Digital process-

ing also allows for more precise recognition,

enhancement and filtering of radar echoes mak-

ing the image easier to read and interpret.

To aid in collision avoidance, the optional MARPA

capability allows you to track the bearing, course,

speed and predicted closest approach of up to

10 targets. (Requires heading sensor input).

an all-in-one “nerve centre” for the Garmin Marine

Network. This chartplotter has crisp, video-quality res-

olution on a 10.4in diagonal SVGA display as well as

a worldwide, satellite-enhanced basemap. Add sonar,

radar and more by connecting to the Garmin Marine

Network. For even more enhanced features, add the

optional BlueChart® g2 Vision card.
